The Smith Family
Giving disadvantaged children a bright future is the goal of The Smith Family, a fantastic charity working to overcome educational equality in children caused by poverty.
Mediserve help sponsor many kids, and looking to sponsor even more!
Canteen
Canteen is an Australian charity that provides free and tailored support to young people impacted by cancer, proudly supported by Mediserve.
The Centre For Cerebral Palsy
Foodbank
Foodbank provide food and grocery relief to help feed people in need. Last year alone, they sourced enough food for 92 million meals. Here's the Mediserve team getting involved.
City to Surf
The City to Surf run supports the work of Activ, one of the top five disability service providers in Australia. Here's some of the staff of Mediserve supporting this worthy cause.
Nurse Scholarships
We believe in the future of nursing and the future of Australia's First Nations. That's why we've partnered with several universities to offer Indigenous nursing scholarships.
In 2004 Mediserve established Indigenous Nursing Scholarships with universities in WA, NT, QLD, SA, NSW and VIC to support Indigenous students studying nursing.
Operation Sunshine
We've partnered with Operation Sunshine to help women and children displaced by family and domestic violence and/or under the care of child protection services in Western Australia.
Harmony Day 2024
Harmony Week is a time to celebrate and recognise the benefits of Australia's cultural diversity. One of our Directors, Miles, delivered a motivational speech to children at a local school.
International Initiatives
World Vision
Everyone knows the great work World Vision do helping children in developing nations. We're proud to be part of it.
Operation Rainbow
Another worthy cause we support us Operation Rainbow. This wonderful charity provides free plastic and reconstructive surgery for children in developing countries.
The Fred Hollows Foundation
The Fred Hollows Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to eliminating avoidable blindness and improving the health of Indigenous Australians.
2020 COVID, India
Mediserve raised and donated considerable funds and partnered with charitable institutions in India to feed hundreds of poor and starving persons in India for several months.
2013 Super Typhoon, Philippines
Mediserve donated large amounts to help those affected. Not only that, staff members traveled to affected areas to assist rebuilding their homes and personally deliver essential supplies to affected families and communities.
2004 Tsunami, Sri Lanka
Not only did Mediserve contribute financially, one of the Directors of Mediserve flew to Sri Lanka, taking several tons of medical and other supplies from Australia, delivering them to many communities there. Our thanks go out to St. John of God group as well for their support!
HIV/AIDS Clinics in East Africa
Mediserve donated significant funds and partnered with World Vision to establish HIV/ AIDS clinics in East Africa.
We also hosted Clinic members in Australia and helped raise funds on their behalf.
